Key Bonus Conditions to Check
The main conditions documented for the Betzillo welcome package are listed here. Some operator terms are quoted in the operator's own currency rather than AUD.
- Minimum deposit: AUD 30 for the welcome package (the operator's terms also quote €$30).
- Wagering requirement: 40x on the welcome bonus.
- Maximum cashout: €$5,000 on the welcome package, quoted in the operator's currency.
- No bonus code is required for the publicly documented welcome reward.
- New players aged 18 or older only; one account per player, with AML rules also restricting shared households and devices.
- Second and third deposits also carry bonuses: 100% up to A$500 + 20 extra spins and 100% up to A$500 + 30 extra spins.
- A documented complaint case showed a welcome bonus restricted to players from Australia and New Zealand; always confirm country eligibility on the live offer card.
- Maximum bet, game contribution and expiry rules were not established in the documented terms, so review the current offer conditions before depositing.
Why a Bonus Code Might Not Work
If a code or bonus does not activate, these are common general causes worth checking.
- A typing mistake, such as a wrong character, extra space or incorrect capitalisation.
- The offer may have expired or been replaced by a newer promotion.
- The account may already exist, while the code is intended for new players only.
- The deposit may be below the minimum amount required by the offer.
- Another bonus may already be active on the account, blocking a new activation.
